Ordering Arrangement:

  • All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Expected delivery time for ordered items is 7 to 21 days.
  • Some specific items may require more than 14 days to order, potentially taking up to 30 days, depending on the shipping situation from Korea. We ask for your understanding.

Out of Stock Arrangement:

  • If Korea confirms an item is out of stock, we will notify customers via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
  • Customers can choose a refund, exchange, or to keep the balance.


Exchange/Refund Policy:

  • Non-out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, colors, styles, and refunds cannot be changed.
  • Exchanges/refunds will only be arranged in case of quality issues or out-of-stock situations.
    • The exchange period is within 14 days from the notification date.
    • Exchanges or refunds will not be arranged if the deadline is missed.
    • If shipping is required, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost once.

Shipping Arrangement:

  • Local delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. All items are shipped via SF Express and are inspected for completeness before shipping.
  • Customers need to bear the loss if items are damaged or deformed during shipping.

Free Shipping Conditions:

  • Free SF Express shipping is available for orders over $800.
  • Free shipping only includes SF Express stations or SF Express lockers.
