Shop Guide
Ordering Arrangement:
- All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Expected delivery time for ordered items is 7 to 21 days.
- Some specific items may require more than 14 days to order, depending on the shipping situation from Korea. We ask for your understanding.
Out of Stock Arrangement:
- If Korea confirms an item is out of stock, we will notify customers via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- Customers can choose a refund, exchange, or to keep the balance.
Exchange/Refund Policy:
- Non-out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, colors, styles, and refunds cannot be changed.
- Exchanges/refunds will only be arranged in case of quality issues or out-of-stock situations.
- The exchange period is within 14 days from the notification date.
- Exchanges or refunds will not be arranged if the deadline is missed.
- If shipping is required, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost once.

Shipping Arrangement:
- Local delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. All items are shipped via SF Express and are inspected for completeness before shipping.
- Customers need to bear the loss if items are damaged or deformed during shipping.
Free Shipping Conditions:
- Free SF Express shipping is available for orders over $800.

- 若超出期限，將無法安排退換。
- 若需運送，買家需承擔一次退回運費。

送貨安排：
- 本地送貨服務僅限香港，所有貨品通過順豐速運寄送，並在寄送前檢查完整性。
- 若貨品在運送途中受損或變形，需由顧客自行承擔損失。
免運費條件：
- 訂單滿 $800 可享免費順豐速運服務。
