Shop Guide

Ordering Arrangement:

  • All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to logistics or supplier conditions.
  • Some specific items may require more than 21 days to order, depending on the shipping situation from Korea. We ask for your understanding.


Out of Stock Arrangement:

  • If Korea confirms an item is out of stock, we will notify customers via WhatsApp ASAP.
  • Customers can choose a refund, exchange, or to retain the balance as store credit for future purchases.


Exchange/Refund Policy:

  • Once an ordered item is confirmed, cancellation or refund will not be accepted.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for non-defective items. “Non-defective items” include, but are not limited to, loose threads, minor color differences, fabric texture, and personal preference.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary due to screen settings.
  • Size exchange is available for bottom-wear only and is limited to one time per order, subject to stock availability.
  • Items purchased at the showroom, including bottom-wear items, must be checked on the spot. No claims will be accepted after leaving the premises.
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • All return or exchange arrangements must be approved by our customer service team in advance.
  • If items need to be returned, all shipping costs (both ways) are to be borne by the customer.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including unused, undamaged, and with original packaging intact.
  • Return / exchange methods are as follows:

    |via SF Express (shipping fee to be prepaid by the customer)


Shipping Arrangement:

  • Local delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. All items are shipped via SF Express and are inspected for completeness before shipping.

Free Shipping Conditions:

  • Free SF Express shipping is available for orders over $800.

缺貨安排:

  • 若韓國確認貨品缺貨,我們將盡快通過WhatsApp通知顧客。
  • 顧客可選擇退款、更換貨品或保留餘額下次購物使用。


退換貨政策:

  • 訂購貨品一經確認,恕不接受取消或退款。
  • 非產品質量問題(不包括線頭、輕微色差、個人喜好、布料手感或穿著後不合期望),恕不接受退貨或退款。
  • 商品圖片僅供參考,實際顏色可能因顯示器設定而略有差異。
  • 僅提供下身款式之更換尺寸服務,每張訂單僅限更換尺寸一次,須視乎實際存貨情況。
  • Showroom 購買之貨品請即場檢查(包括下身款式),離店後恕不受理任何退換要求。
  • 退換申請須於收到貨品日起計 7 天內提出並退換,逾期恕不受理。
  • 所有退換安排必須事前經客服確認,否則恕不受理
  • 如需寄回貨品,來回運費一律由買家承擔。
  • 減價貨品不設退貨或換貨。
  • 如於收貨後發現嚴重質量問題,請即WhatsApp售後客服:+852 9177 7108


退換流程:

  • 顧客須於訂單收到貨品日起計 7 天內申請退換。
  • 退回之貨品及包裝必須保持與收貨時相同狀態,包括未使用、未損壞及完整包裝。
  • 退換方式如下:

    |順豐速運寄回(來回運費一律由買家承擔)

送貨安排:

  • 本地送貨服務僅限香港,所有貨品通過順豐速運寄送,並在寄送前檢查完整性。

免運費條件:

  • 訂單滿 $800 可享免費順豐速運服務。
